STRING CAMP RETURNS IN 2021!
iWhat is there to know about camp 21? (last update, Feb 25th)
The dates of the camp will be July 18th-22nd.
Tickets are not yet on sale.
We will be opening reservations to donors and rollover ticket holders from 2020 first, former campers, and then to the general public. Sales will be announced on our website and social media.
We will be holding at minimum 15 scholarship seats for this year, with applications opening in late March.
Currently–as of May 24th there will be no restrictions on outdoor gatherings (which the camp is), so we are currently evaluating how many people will be allowed onto the grounds. We will maintain a conservative outlook on this matter.
We will soon be releasing our Covid-19 prevention checklist and norms which will be used to keep everyone safe while also still mantaining an enjoyable environment.
We will be announcing our staffing asap!
What else is happening in 2021?
Please stay tuned for a schedule of outdoor, ticket limited performances by regional roots and bluegrass musicians, to take place at business locations near the Ossipee Valley Fairgrounds this summer and fall. The festival is still working to support the economic activity of musicians this year.
We will also be releasing an online merchandise site, and accepting donations, whether from rollover ticket holders from 2020 now donating their ticket money (since the festival itself is cancelled), or plain cash or raffle item contributions. All money will be directed into an artist support fund overseen by our board of directors. You can find updates on the work of our non-profit here.
