                                        Maine Day

Maine Day is our festival's grand finale, and occurs on the Sunday of the festival each year from 10am-5pm! Jump to the schedule here

Maine Day is the celebration of the diverse voices that enrich our artistic community through a variety of mediums (music, dance, film, spoken word, art, etc).

Some artists were born here, others have emigrated from other regions or countries, bringing rich culture and stories to share.  Maine is also the homeland of the Wabanaki people, whose ancestral roots on the banks of the Ossipee can be traced back over ten thousand years. Read our land acknowledgement here.

Each year we invite different groups of artists living in Maine to share their music, their story, and their heritage.

                       Did You Know?

Maine Day is free to local residents in our rural community (towns of Hiram, Cornish, Porter, Parsonsfield, Baldwin, Brownfield, Denmark, Limerick, Limington, Standish)

Don't forget to sample a 16 Counties beer from Allagash Brewery, our official beverage partner for Maine Day. 16 Counties is made with Maine Grains!
